CEO, General Manager, & Owner: Leon C. Neher, son of Paramount Seed Farms’ Founder, Mark E. Neher, continues as General Manager of the Paramount Operations. During his more than thirty years of management Paramount has grown from a small local enterprise into an expanding business that now markets world-wide. Paramount has expanded from wheat and oats seed to include barley, grain sorghum products for bird seed rations, ethnic food grains and other all-natural grains for human consumption. |

Assistant Manager, Plant Manager: Tim Scofield. Tim comes to us from the construction industry. He strives to keep the staff and crew safe, efficient and focused. The detail of people, seed and machines are his priority. In the winter he plays trombone with the Quinter H. S. pep band. Tim has an attitude of genuine appreciation for every Paramount grower, employee, and customer.

Research & Sales Manager: Kathleen Eilert. Kathleen joined the Paramount Staff in December, 2009. Kathleen brings culinary, research, graphic design, & marketing skills to her Research & Sales Management Position with Paramount. She has a large family and has been a farm girl all her life, (even when life took her to the city!) Her youngest son works here as summertime help. She loves gardening, painting, reading and spending time with her family. You will find her experience with agriculture on the High Plains, her international experience, and her entrepreneur spirit to be a helpful asset in your decision making process regarding Paramount Products. |

Office Manager, Book-keeping: Terry Scofield. Terry, a native of Missouri, is married to Tim, the Assistant Manager. Terry and Tim have made seven mission trips to Kenya. Terry has owned two businesses and is an avid gardener and herbalist. She draws from the experiences of motherhood, business and world travel to keep the books straight and the office organized and inviting. They have a wonderful family who occasionally help on the farm. In the 70′s Terry studied Art Education at McPherson College, in Kansas. |

Delivery Manager: Norman Channell. Norman is our head truck driver and maintenance consultant. He comes from years of experience in grain elevators and cookie deliveries. He stalks the wild asparagus and his blackberry has thorns! He is the eccentric adopted uncle of the entire crew and staff, and a friend to all our customers. |

Gardening & Landscaping: Jodi Swihart. Jodi is our Jill-of-all-trades. She always does her work with great attitude & gusto! The farm is always neat & tidy. No job is to small or to big! Whether it calls for a tractor, lawn mower, office skills, or just a rake, she is ready to tackle it! She loves gardening, sketching, reading and her three cats. Her work ethic is unbeatable. You will be in good hands with her to help with your order!

Summer Staff: Paramount is proud to employ local high school youth interested in agriculture. We feel extremely lucky to have them. They bring enthusiasm, energy, and joy to our work. These young men & women are here because they want to be here, and their willingness to learn is unmatched!
